Default Time to start the countdown

48 days until the conference!!! That's less than 60!
Seriously, the time is going to fly from now on and I am tempted to pack my bags already.
Who's with me??????

You haven't packed yet?

I've got a suitcase half full with blacklights, flashlights, sunscreen, hats etc etc. Everything but my clothes!

Uhh, I am a newbie- so what kinda of stuff do I need to pack?
Also, are most folks flying to Phoenx and renting a car or is there better options? I appreciate any advice-

Tuscon if you can get an affordable ticket. We'll be posting gear lists too... I am sure someone will link last year's too.

We're a scary bunch, just ask... whoever.

If you are flying to Phoenix and renting a car- rent a hybrid- otherwise you might just spend the extra money you saved on the flight in gas from Phoenix to Rio Rico! I personally wished I'd checked out the flights to Tucson- the three hour drive after the three hour flight was not really what I planned. On the positive side, Tucson was reported today as having the cheapest gas in the nation.

It would have cost us over $100 dollars more to fly into Tucson, so even without a hybrid, it is way cheaper to fly into Phoenix and drive than fly into Tucson.
