It always seems like time crawls along between conferences and then speeds up the closer the conference gets. Right now it's rushing along at breakneck speed but still can't come soon enough to suit me.

Oooohhhh current temperature in Tucson is 107F  It's supposed to cool down a little until the Con with an increased chance of isolated thunderstorms - BEST possible critter watching weather!!!!!!! I am so dang excited!!!!

Well, just to keep the interest going ---- Two nights ago I saw the first wandering male Aphonopelma of the season. He was at the top of my window screen catching insects drawn to the light. And last night we had the first good soaking rain of the monsoon season, right on time and dropping about an inch of rain at my house down here by Colossal Cave. Things should be in full swing by the time the conference starts.
