The ATS 2012 Conference Art, Photography and Habitat Design Contests
Each category will have a 1st prize of $75, 2nd prize of $50 and 3rd prize of $25.
General contest rules:
Opens with this announcement and the deadline for mail-in entries from non-attendees is June 30 2012. Attendees are encouraged to to bring their entries to the conference and must be submitted in person by Sat July 21. See category descriptions below for details on how to submit your entry.
Entries will be displayed at the ATS summer conference in Tucson and photos of the entries may be printed in the ATS Forum Magazine and on this website (in relation to this contest). Multiple entries in any and all categories is encouraged.
Winners in all categories will be decided by ballot by ATS conference attendees.
Winners will be announced at closing event of ATS conference Sat evening July 21, 2012 and later posted on ATS forum.
You do not need to be a member of ATS to enter nor be present to win.
Entries must be invert/arachnid related.
Contests open for ages 13 and up (there will a separate kid's contest at the conference featuring art created at the kid's table).

Photography: Mail in a quality print (by June 30) or bring in person or arrange for someone else to bring it to the conference.
Open Art is just that. Open to any media such as painting, illustration, cartoon, metal, jewelry, fiber etc. Let your inner artist go wild and show your stuff. Mail in a photo of entry (by June 30) or bring in person or arrange for someone else to bring it to the conference.
Habitat Design: Got a really good looking arachnid set up? Take a picture and enter our newest contest! Mail in a photo of entry (by June 30) or bring in person or arrange for someone else to bring it to the conference.
